Privacy policy

This policy covers the Hyperhelm landing site (hyperhelm.xyz) and the Hyperhelm app (app.hyperhelm.xyz), operated by Digital Venture Asset LLC, dba Hyperhelm. Hyperhelm keeps its data separate from RiskState; we do not share user data between the two products.

Hyperhelm uses your wallet as your identity. We do not require an account, a password or an email to view the cockpit or to connect. When you connect or sign, your public wallet address and the on-chain actions you sign are, by nature, public blockchain data.

We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Umami) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — page views and high-level events. It does not set advertising cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build an advertising profile of you.

If you choose to give us an email or Telegram for launch updates or alerts, we use it only for that purpose. It is optional and never required to use Hyperhelm. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

The app stores some preferences and session data locally in your browser (for example your selected asset, view settings and a connected-session marker). This data stays on your device and is per-origin; it is not a cross-site identifier.

Connecting your wallet and executing on third-party venues (Hyperliquid, CoW Protocol) and through your wallet provider is governed by those parties’ own privacy practices. We do not control them.
